I am a former real estate agent (10 Years) as well as a Loan Officer (8 years). Neil only showed up for the initial meeting with the builder. He never kept us abreast of what was going on and even responded, "I don't know" and did not make any effort to resolve an issue." During our initial meeting with NVR his statement was, "I have no allegiance to Veterans United," and left us to fend for ourselves! He was non-existent throughout the entire process. Thankfully, my previous experience in real estate sales and lending, paid off.

Geri Petterson was just simply wonderful to work with. We found her to be a very pleasant and patient person. Her experience in the field speaks loudly. Over time, she definitely gained our trust and we felt comfortable with her handling any situation or issues that might have arose. She went the extra mile for us and we did so appreciate that. If we ever had the opportunity, we would definitely recommend her. She had her own way of caring and showing that we mattered.
