Candice was incredible - I've never had an agent actually be one or more steps ahead of me so that was a refreshing change. she thought of things I did not and her response time was wicked fast. also a bulldog when that needed to happen which turned out to be several times lol she even wrote out an appraisal appeal for me that wound up getting approved; which I am told is no small feat. great agent to work with and have on my side.

I couldn’t have asked for someone better than Mary. She was always a text or call away, went out her way to share videos and photos of the town and neighborhood.
