Our real estate agent, Chad Bridges was chosen for us by Veterans United and was the only part of this process that was unbearable, and we hope that we never have to deal with that man again. I would not recommend this man to my worst enemy and I would be hard pressed to throw a bucket of water on him if he was on fire. Chad constantly worked against us and him and my wife were like oil and water. He was more concerned about looking after the seller's best interest than ours. Every time a question or concern was brought up, he would immediately deflect the issue and make us feel like assholes for even asking, we had the impression that his biggest concern was making the sell happen even if it was not in our best interest. He was also very smug and paid more attention to his cell phone than he did us. I will stop here as it will just make me more upset to rehash how unhappy this man made the process of buying my first house. Final note, as mentioned above, if it had not been for Aaron Boner, I would have said the hell with it and backed out knowing I would have likely been sued for breach of contract. If there is someone that I can speak with about this man, please feel free to give me a call and I will give them an ear full.

I would not recommend Amy Elam. I seemed to have to do more work than she ever did for our house. She often would tell me something without actually knowing that it was true and she told me multiple times that things were taken care of when they weren’t. I did not trust her.

Sara was exceptionally amazing. She went above and beyond and I couldn't have done anything without her. She knew the process for Veterans United, so she was able to communicate what was next, certain things to expect and the list continues. She made it especially easy since I'm all the way in California and was more than happy to communicate with my Aunt who was given Power of Attorney to sign for me.

I could not imagine going through this without Karen. She was both patient and firm when she needed to be. When we were disheartened and were thinking about a purchasing a house that did not meet all of our needs, she told us to stand firm and not settle, since the right house is out there. We found that right house and she was everything we could have asked for in a Realtor.

Christi was the absolute best!!!! She answered all calls and text immediately. Even on vacation in Canada!!!! And she does not make you feel like just a John Doe!!!!! She makes you feel like you are her family. I honestly can not thank her enough for making my wife and my dreams come true!!!!! By far the best agent ever!!!!!

Nicole went above and beyond what any agent would do. She was always there
to answer questions, email paper work and help me with the technical part of the job as far as the computer, even as far as coming to my apartment to help me. I would recommend her ad her agency to any one who ever needed a good agent.
