Dee Dee began as my agent and has become like family and a sweet, dear friend. Her knowledge of the process, her willingness to go wherever I wanted to look at properties, and her excitement and enthusiasm throughout was so amazing! She is the BEST! She answered and explained in detail (many times, more than once) all my questions and has such a wonderful personality. She was prompt in arriving and scheduling viewings, had done her research about the properties, and had all the necessary paperwork and additional info about the houses. She pointed out things I didn’t think to look for or ask about and helped calm my nerves while waiting for sellers to respond. She helped me decide on what things to ask for and guided me through the home inspection, the appraisal, and all the things that go into the process. There wasn’t anything she wasn’t prepared for or any detour she wasn’t willing to take. I so appreciated her knowledge, expertise, humor, candor, and kindness. She even traveled through a tropical storm to get us through closing and gave me the sweetest house warming gift. Dee Dee is a true gem! I can’t wait for her to come sit on my new porch with me!
