My last agent out of the three assigned was a thousand times better. We meet, we saw out of 17, 11 of my picks (few pulled off market, had offer, or delayed), all in one day. First day rock star, and very expressive. Some of the areas she did not seem 100% familiar with but by then I was in some of the neighborhoods enough to know some key details, even being new to the area. And after dealing with two previous agents that would go days without responding she was fairly responsive, there were few instances that communication was not the best on both sides but that comes with me having so many issues with really bad quality agents just before and not knowing how to read all the situations and we only did have one face to face prior to close. So overall my final agent was amazing for our limited time together and busy schedules.
