She didn’t communicate efficiently at all. Blamed me for lack of communication stating it was hard to reach me ( absolute lie) didn’t ever have accurate info. Asking me questions she should know. Got very rude and condescending when I tried to back out from buying bc of her. Finally at closing I had no one to do a walk thru with. A notary was sent to the property who knew nothing of the property obviously- my realtor was on a cruise but didn’t bother to let anyone know.

As home buyers in this "hot" real estate market, we found Kristin to be a professional real estate agent in all areas of her job. Not only was he a great realtor but also a great person in general. He was very transparent about the process and proactive in making sure that paperwork was done efficiently and in his clients’ best interests. Janet is superb! I had chosen my own real estate agent and to say it was a nightmare would be a gross understatement! Derek introduced me to Janet it as obvious she truly cares about her clients and goes way above and beyond
