Couldn’t have done this without Jason, he got us into our forever home on the first and only offer made in the house hunting process. I couldn’t imagine trying to navigate the challenges in the present market without his knowledge and expertise. He was prepared every step of the way, and made sure I was as well. He is someone who you can truly put your trust in, and it was an excellent experience - even through the houses we looked at on our way to this one!

My Real estate agent Marc Glades was very kind and supportive through the process. When I wanted something done, he got it done. He was thorough and quick with getting inspections appointed and completed in a timely manner., as well as setting up appointments with contractors to address things that needed fixed. He really made the process of buying a home about as stress free as one could hope for, and I am thankful to have Marc as my realtor.

Jacob Carlson was someone that I plan a working with in the future. He was so so knowledgeable and very helpful every step of the way. I never had to wonder as a first time home buyer what was happening next because he would explain everything to me prior to. I will recommend him to any person I meet.
