We might as well not had a realtor. She went months without reaching out or contacting us. Then told us she informed us to “let her know if we need anything”. It is not the clients job to ensure we keep our realtor informed. We did everything on our own, handled all problems with the builder, sent up everything ourselves. If it wasn’t for Nick reaching out to her, I doubt we would’ve even heard from her. She didn’t even show up to closing to make sure we understood everything. She sent us a text message to apologize for her not doing her job because she was going through a potential divorce. Very unprofessional!!!!! Had we been able to, we wouldn’t have even used her. She made money literally doing pretty much nothing. We did more “realtor” work than she did.

I cannot say enough good things about Sheryl Adan-Castillo. She was a great help from the begining of the process to the closing for the house we bought. She has a great sense of humor and a very positive outlook. She went through many houses with us and along the way got to know us better and what we were looking for. She's just a wonderful person and now we consider her a friend! I know an agent is supposed to do all of those things that i mentioned, but Sheryl is extra special! She understands the military side of things and understands the in and outs of the VA loan process. I will recommend her to anybody who is looking for a knew home.

Sherry is amazing, she felt like a family member guiding us through the process! She listened and supported us from the get-go. She got a list of our wants and needs and put together home listings for us to look at. Sherry then quickly set-up viewings and walk-throughs of the homes that we were interested in. She was honest and answered any and all questions and concerns quickly and thoroughly. Sherry went above and beyond. She helped to make the process less stressful and actually enjoyable for us.

Cassie was exceptional in every way. Her professionalism was top-notch, always handling every detail with expertise and care. She was incredibly friendly, making the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. Her compassion truly set her apart, as she went above and beyond to understand and meet our needs. We couldn't have asked for a better real estate agent.

I am not sure Sherri is deserving of a 10. I gave it to her because I don't know if she should be held somewhat responsible for my home not being properly represented even though she did her job. Sherri answered every question I had. She worked very quickly for me as I was on a schedule.

Phil Bogard was awesome. He had such a cool calm demeanor and never tried to sell us on anything. He allowed us to talk through our likes and dislikes and more than answered our questions and supported us through the home buying process.

Alex was absolutely amazing. He is very knowledgeable and was there for us every step of the way. I was able to call him any time of the day. He made himself available to shows us properties as requested. Great at what he does.
