My real estate agent in Arizona (Cheryl Granger) was totally awesome! She was on top of everything. Communication was outstanding! She ensured I was protected and provided valuable information during this transition. She is the best agent I ever worked with. Can't recommend her enough.My agent in Texas sucked! He gets zero starts! I would remove him from your list! No communications, and when there was, it was wrong Information.
I would say he worked for the other side. Highly disappointed!!!!

She did a good job but was extremely hesitant on things especially when it came to the home inspection. She recommended being very general and limiting what we wanted corrected which was against what we wanted to do. We compromised, but there were some issues. I think this was in part to her juniority in the business.
