We felt that our Agent did not fight for us when the appraisal came in low. They pushed us to ask for an ROV when we did not agree that we as the buyers should be fighting to take a larger loan and in turn a higher monthly payment. They were very responsive, they always made themselves available to show us homes, and had vast knowledge on the VA loan process. I know they knew we wanted the home and maybe knew the sellers would walk if we didn’t ask for the ROV but this was not communicated with us. It felt any “negotiations” were just demands by the sellers and we were expected to meet those terms with no gain. I would work with them again but I would definitely make my frustrations more known.

I have worked with quite a few agents in the past; however, Heather was phenomenal.
