Getting responses was difficult at times, but in the end we pulled through and she was awesome.

Christina Monzillo was unprofessional, uneducated regarding real estate contract questions and insurances, and represented VA loans poorly with her lack of understanding of the process. She repeatedly told us that she was overwhelmed with her workload from other clients. Chris did not send in contract changes to our loan specialist and communicated with us in a very unprofessional manner (late night text messages, emogies, and ellipses that left us to interpret the message content and context). Throughout the process, it was clear that we were seen as a commission and not a client and made for an overall poor experience.

Jess Kayhart was an outstanding real estate agent and I do plan on using her again in the future if possible. She represented me in the best way she possibly could and answered any questions, and gave me a lot of information in the buying process. She made sure she did what was needed in my best interest to make sure everything went as smoothly as it could go. She kept in contact with the seller's real estate agent to keep the flow of any new information that affected getting the loan and closing to both parties.

Chandra Gerber was a super positive friendly go-getter. From the moment I met her she was a total team Nadia. Like Dan she made me feel like I was her only client she answered all my phone calls and all texts within a reasonable amount of time surpassing all my expectations. Chandra also gave me a lot of knowledge and information concerning real estate my military benefits and taxes. Even with the current market she definitely still got me a great deal on my house. I feel so fortunate to have worked with her.

They say the most important ability is availability and Janet is certainly that always there to answer the phone, return a text, go to a showing, that's Janet, seeing Janet action I can trueley say it comes as no surprise that she has achieved so much success in what everyone knows is a competitive industry, and she does it with a personal touch that makes you want to befriend her for life, those are attributes you can't learn from reading a book I would refer Janet to anyone looking to buy a home

We feel incredibly lucky to have found Kevin in our home searching process. He real estate experience is invaluable. He was always honest with us and always had our best interest at heart! We cannot say enough good things about Kevin. Plus in all of our interactions, he always was kind, patient, informative, and left us feeling empowered! Most importantly, Ms. Thomson always went the "extra mile" for me and made sure things in her bailiwick were timely and concise. I really enjoyed working with her!

Terry Burks was hands down THE BEST realtor that I could have asked for. Not even 2 weeks I to the search we had already found a house and put in an offer. He fought for us to have amazing deals when it came to our contracts and we could not have asked for a better Realtor. I HIGHLY recommend this realtor for the Leavenworth/Lansing/KC area.

Jim was always on top of every step, ensured that all my questions were answered and was always quick to respond to any text, email or call. I strongly recommend him for anyone looking to buy a home in the area.

Gina went above and beyond to help maybe every step as easy as possible. She really explained everything to me and answered my questions when asked. When I messaged her she would always get back to me very quickly. Gina exceeded my expectations and I even recommend a family member to her.

My real estate agent Alan was very good always kept us up-to-date on new houses or ones that may interest us, always there when I or my wife had questions, and absolutely knowledgeable about everything that was going on. It was a pleasure to work with him.

Having to purchase a home from cross-country is difficult when we couldn't view the property during the imposed travel restrictions. Jim made the purchase possible by being our representative and getting the necessary tasks done on our behalf.
