Communication was poorly.

The key lock box is still on my door months after closing and after several requests to have it removed. A handyman was recommended to complete repairs, repairs were not completed but was payed by the realtor without my consent and did I not receive a receipt.

Emily Rivera Jackson, she has got to be by far the best most dedicated Real Estate Agent in the state of Florida. Emily has great experience in Real Estate, she did not miss a single thing in the process of negotiating and closing the deal. Ed gave Emily my number and immediately she contacted me. From a short phone conversation I had with Emily she knew exactly what I was looking for. When we had our first visit to go look at houses she had laid out a plan in chronological order of homes to see, regarding what I was looking for. Additionally she had a plan B laid out in case I did not decide on a home on the first day. After viewing a few houses I decided on a house, we placed an offer and moved through the entire process quickly. Emily is honest, extremely hard working, knowledgeable, punctual, organized, very devoted to her job and a great asset. Emily is another great addition to Veterans United if they reach out and can work with her every time. I'm glad Veterans United reached out to Emily and she worked with me, there's no other agent that could have done a better job. Thank you Emily

Rich Tamez is one of the friendliest people I've ever met. He never pressured me to do anything I was unsure of doing. When I had questions, he had the answers. Quite honestly he did so many favors for me where another real estate agent would have probably said no like watching over my kids while I signed the contract. Half the time I'm in the U.S. and half the time in in Mexico with my wife and kids; with that said, Rich was very flexible regarding viewing the homes of interest and scheduling times to view said homes. If I know someone who is planning to buy a home, I would most definitely send them over to Rich.

I LOVE Paul Ward! He did an outstanding job! The entire time I felt like he was working for me and my family like we were his. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He made suggestions to me, he listened to what I wanted and he made sure I got everything I asked him for if it was within his reach. I highly recommend him and I will use him in the future if I ever purchase again. I still don’t know how he got me this house, but he knew exactly what to say and do, I had zero issues with him.

My agent Johnathan, went above and beyond for me, far exceeding my expectations. He seemed to know every aspect of real estate inside and out, and gave us his personal advice and impressions about various properties. Although we had him submit offers on many properties he never slowed down or made us feel like we should just wait, he kept the momentum up and the deal moving forward until closing. We sincerely appreciate all he did for us. I highly recommend him to anyone.

Sue was great. As I was in Georgia and the property was in Tennessee, she kept an eye on construction progress and sent me photo's of progress. She maintained contact with the selling agent and worked through issues as they arose.

Cynthia was outstanding as well. It took some patience with the underwriters constantly needing new things every other day, and the old home owners feeling the stress, but she was great the whole way.
