Melanie is a great agent. I only give her a 7 because of the close call with the 1st home I almost bought being a complete nightmare which as a agent should have been a bit more fourth coming and honest. If the cake isn’t good, don’t encourage it. But everything else with her was really great.

Honestly blew it at the end. I was alone for the closing and taken complete advantage by the title agency, who is owned by the seller/builder. Was not given any truthful explanation to the process as to AVOID using DHI and to use my own attorney so I would not be charged extra. Sat outside the title office for 2 hours in the heat before being let in, sat in a conference room for 6 hours alone, and all the while being told the title agent couldn’t “balance” the disclosure which I had already signed with Veterans United.

We were so blessed to have James as our realtor. He truly had our best interest at heart and made sure we were taken care of every step of the way. His knowledge and guidance throughout the process was so comforting. James showed amazing patience with us in holding our hands through so many showings and offers. The market is so crazy and stressful, but James was always reassuring, putting us at ease. Thank you James for everything. We can’t be more pleased with our new home!

Our experience with our Realtor was very positive she provided us with feedback whether it was positive or negative and I also put like realistic expectations for us cuz sometimes we're looking at the home in like we didn't like the color she's like why you can always change the color we don't like the furniture she has like the furniture is not going to be here so she made it real for us and I enjoyed that.

Carrie and Tim where awsome. Always in contact and answering our questions. Kept us up to date with all new listing around the area we where looking at. Very knowledgeable dealing with the military and all processes that needed to be done for the VA loan. I appreciated everything they did for us and thank them for finding our home.

Bill Davis was amazing..he always was their to answer any questions we had as well as make himself available sometimes on little notice to is to show us potential homes.He mad the home buy process fun and enjoyable and listen to what we were wanting in a home.

Jason and his team made me feel good about buying my first home. I went to a bank for a loan I walked away feeling like dirt, like I didn't deserve to own a home, Just the opposite at Veterans United they can really help.

Mrs. Chelsea Jones was fantastic she was always on top of everything . She would answer any questions we had. If something came up it didn't matter what time it was she would call and let us know what was going on.

I love Andrea. She took time out of her day to help me with anything I was confused on and was able to simplify anything I asked. I felt she had my best interest in mind even with me being a first time home buyer.

Christina was wonderful. Highly recommended. She was very helpful, and she always took the time to answer our questions. She never balked at any property that we wanted to look at, even if it was an hour away.
