John Rainey was phenomenal!! The best real estate agent we have ever worked with!! He went above and beyond to find us a home. Extremely professional, great communication. He set aside an entire weekend to focus on us as we were moving from across the country. John Rainey was always available to assist with questions or concerns. Overall, John Rainey was phenomenal, we will use him again in the future and recommend him to all in or coming to the area!

I gave Tiffiney Graham a 10 only because there was no option to give her a 20. She was absolutely amazing from the start as well. She always made herself available to show houses or answer questions. If she was not available, she sent her identical twin sister to help out, so it was almost like she was there even when she wasn't. Thanks again Tiffiney. You're the best.

Charles kept me in the loop at all times, let me know what was going on, and resolved any issues that came up within hours. Charles is outstanding at his job. He pulled everything in the region I was looking in and even those in other regions under other people. When we finally picked our house Charles got our offer accepted within 24 hours.

Rose Marie was awesome in the sense that she was fast and stayed up late to send me listings and did showings back to back. I do believe Rose Marie listens to her clients and does her best to get them what they ask for in reason to the homes she is presenting. No body is perfect and things can go unnoticed but she is very quick to get the answers you need if you have questions. In this Sellers Market and in Hindsight I would like to see Rose Marie push more for her clients even if she gets a no. For instance asking for a carpet cleaning if she nows the home has pets in the contract or a home warranty. These are things that agents can say hey we can add it and it doesn't hurt if they say no. Because at the end of the day she is trying to get the offer for her clients but also make her clients feel like ok they got something that they could use especially in the aftermath of Covid -19.

Met in person once, took half a week or more to respond (if she did at all). Tried to rush setting up appointments for signings before given the clear to close as well as tried to ignore the 48 hour wait after the clear to close to try and sign 18 hours after. Wasn’t present for closing nor did she have any interest in being there or having a representative be there in her place.

He lived an hour a way from me. How motivated would someone be if they have to travel that far and view houses and they have 30+ other clients looking to purchase a home? They will rush to get you to buy, don't answer calls, don't any questions, cut you off when speaking if you had a question. So you have to rely on the Veteran's United website to look at the videos to get questions answered. In retrospect, I guess that's what those videos were for. I personally called the Real Estate agent company to request this guy not even show up for my closing, and they accommodated me. Veteran's United is responsible for that.
