I dealt more with my agent via email and phone. I spent more face to face time with their assistant. She was good, and gave me all of the answers I needed when I asked.

Somewhat disappointed. Living in Florida, and trying to buy a home in Louisiana, I faced certain challenges because of the 1,000 mile distance and a hot seller's market. Agent never offered to take photos or videos of properties, or to provide her own walk-through perception of properties. Often had to reach out to agent and ask for information that I think should have been provided as part of her normal duties and courtesies--like providing a list of utility providers for the home I purchased.

Miscommunication between realtor and I was stressful and encroachment that was realized at the time of original closing day 30Jun. Then it being pushed back to the 9Jul. I feel like it should’ve been brought to my attention months in advance.

There are no words to describe how amazing our realtor is. She listened attentively to all of our specifications (which were numerous) and guided us along the journey of navigating the avalanche of available homes. My husband has PTSD and has special requirements for where we live. Denise Hall fully understood this and never questioned our decisions. To make things easier for her and the process, we compiled a list of all homes in our desired neighborhoods, price range, and other specifications, and went on a road trip. As we did, we texted Denise which she may remove from the list and those we wanted to schedule a time to see inside. In the end, we found our perfect home. When we returned, circumstances necessitated we close with an agent on the same team. She was knowledgeable and efficient. The pathway established by Ms. Hall allowed everything to run smoothly. We highly recommend Denise Hall for any and all housing needs in the Greater Cleveland area.

Angie Baird was a pleasure to work with throughout the home buying process. She was prompt and responsive as we were looking for homes and answered our questions rapidly. It was a pleasure to meet her and tour the area with her and the home builder. She gave us recommendations on places to stay/eat in the area and worked with us before we were under contract, during the duration of the process and after closing to ensure we had a fantastic experience. Jeremy & Gabby were ABSOLUTELY THE BEST! This was a one-year journey for us with lots of ups and downs due to the current market. Jeremy & Gabby were right by our side from day one. Mr. Conner was and still is really helpful throughout the process!
