I gave a six as an average number due to having three separate realtors. We had issues with our first realtor, Kathy Mesclair, because the funding fell through on our first home we were under contract on and we did not feel that her or her broker really tried very hard to get our earnest money back. I had to actually threaten to call the Georgia Real Estate Commission and report both brokerages before they would give the money back. I rate her about a 6.We loved, loved, loved Lisa Westlake. She was professional, courteous, and spent every minute she could spare meeting us to look at houses, and searching for a house for us. She even went as far to ask around to see if anyone would be interested in selling their home to us. We rate her a 10 out of 10. Unfortunately we ended up not purchasing a home through her because we found a home in Georgia and she was not licensed in that state.Alex Wilson we liked at first, but when we went under contract she scheduled our home inspection for us, not even asking if that was who we wanted to inspect the home, and scheduled it for the day prior to the last day of due diligence. Then the inspector never showed up to inspect the roof. His wife inspected the interior of the house and did a binocular inspection of the roof. They assured me the inspector would be out to walk the roof later that day. The next morning I reached out to Alex to ask how the roof looked as it was our last day of due diligence. She said it looked great and we should move forward. About two hours later I received a text from one of the inspectors saying they never made it to the house the previous day and would be out that afternoon. I confronted Alex about lying to us and she tiptoed around it saying she meant the binocular inspection was good. To make it even worse when the inspector got there (30 minutes after I called to see why he had not shown up on time) he thought that we were the sellers and said he heard the buyers were hard asses who were demanding that he actually climb up on the roof. I proceeded to let him know that we were the buyers by telling him when I pay for a service I expect it to be done to the fullest of the contract. I know it was Alex who told him we were hard asses. I can’t believe the nerve of this lady and how unprofessional she was. We rate her a 2 out of 10, because I cannot stand liars.

Lisa was very good but felt rushed most of the time. Once settled on my home, she was very eager to close and her haste led to disconnects and problems that were overlooked in the contract. This led to thousands of dollars in losses after closing and additional stresses in dealing and seeking legal efforts which no longer involved the agent. She did remedy a few issues herself, which showed great effort, but these also should have been dealt in the sale of the house and not adopted by the buyers or agent. This settling was a contributing factor which led to a lack of communication and effort by the sellers and their agent. Overall a good experience but some questionable efforts to not pursue inquiries or concerns during inspection process and then not seeing the contract was completed correctly --to ensure the provided appliances listed in MLS matched the contract.

Not very knowledgeable and initially was not fully vested in me as a new home owner. Pleasant attitude but overall I could have had a better experience.

Poor communication, poor organizational skills, and poor time management. There were times, in which, I did not care for the manner which she spoke to me, not to mention the way she explained things. it could’ve been done so in a more professional and caring manner; especially, towards the end when things started to come up that were beyond my control. She only seemed to be willing to do her job, towards the end, when her commission was on the line and I stated I would walk away from the process as a whole. Lack of professionalism, lack of professional dress, very nonchalant about the entire process. Even so, given this was my first home purchase and One only gets to do this ONE time. schedule conflicts due to her personal life and or her children, lack of time available to actually do job which conflicted with her being able to schedule showings & the showing times of homes. I had to schedule several showings on my own. The home I ended up purchasing is the one I scheduled and toured along with the listing agent, not her. Homes that were occupied and had strict time constraints, were an issue. I was very elated when the process was over. No I would not recommend her, but perhaps she MAY be a better fit for individuals with kids. She had ALOT going on externally, to be invested in her job as a realtor.

Towards the end it became clear that she either didn't know much or just didn't care. She put more effort into the home coat rack that she gave us that closing then she did into the entire process of buying the house. The first house I asked to look at she was basically telling me it was a waste of time. She was recommending homes that were 30 to $40,000 over budget and also suggesting mobile homes when just the day before she told me that better United does not finance mobile homes or double wides. Multiple times I'd ask a question and she said she'd find out and 4 days later I still haven't heard a word, luckily I could reach out to my VU team and have an accurate answer within an hour. I have already recommended Veterans United for home loans to my customers, but I always tell them to find a realtor that will actually help them. It was very frustrating as a first-time home buyer having a realtor that put in no effort at all. I think it would be in the best interest of Veterans United to do a more thorough job of vetting Realtors that they suggest to buyers.

Sandra Murrell was amazing. She sent new listings every day, and even checked on listings we sent her that she had not seen yet. When we wanted to look at a house, she made sure that both me and my wife would be available for when she did the walkthrough so we both could see it together. She showed every inch of the house in the walkthrough via video as we were half way across the country. She was eyes for every house she showed us, and she made sure to cover everything in the houses as she walked through them.

Melinda is a real estate agent anyone would be happy to have. She knows her profession well and makes sure to listen and follow through on the wants and do wants of a home. She was available anytime I needed to talk and she definitely calmed my nerves on more than one occasion. The home buying market moved at a very rapid pace on my adventure and she was very informative and kept things on schedule. Will absolutely recommend her to anyone asking in the future.

Sean and his associates are the real deal. Top of the line realtors. Always available and willing to go above and beyond to help you out. They have great working relationships with the other realtors in my area and get the deals done. In fact, they worked out a deal to get me my house even when we were outbid. The realtor and buyer strength makes a difference in getting the deal closed. Outstanding service. Will recommend.

Kelly was so great!!!She put me in touch with Matt and made sure that we both had everything we needed from her end to get the job done!I gave her my budget and she worked diligently to find me the best homes to go see and made sure that I was able to find a home worthy of raising my daughter in!

Mike Greene is great to work with, he values his clients and does whatever he can to find them a home. He is a hard worker and has the best interest for his clients in mind. I truly enjoyed working with him and recommend him to anyone. I will certainly work with him again in the future.

BEST real estate agent i have ever been in contact with. Very friendly - very knowledgeable in the area - listened to what i wanted and found the perfect home for me. Kept me informed throughout the entire process and made it very easy and stress free. I would 100% use her again.

Mr Brett by far outstanding realtor he went above and beyond for me even when needed things for the house and i was out if town he offer to help so the process was smoothly as possible. He set the expectations high when it comes to a realtor would highly recommend him to anyone.
