In the beginning it was awful, any house that we were told about was either over what we said we were comfortable paying or not in the location we said we were comfortable with. She never showed us one house her husband showed us two that we seen. In fact the house we bought is the one we found. She never showed for the inspections. In fact the owners didn't know we were coming. At the end she worked hard to get us closed, however you could tell she just wanted paid. We would not recommend her! She had just had surgery, but if she could not preform she should have said so!

We felt like we did all the work for her. Yes we looked for houses ourselves but she did not. Most realtors will help by saying hey, I found this for you. All she did was provide a link that emailed us houses that were mostly not our criteria at all. She was knowledgeable with VA loans but was not personable or very helpful even while looking at homes. Her response time was very slow as well.

My real estate agent was great in the beginning and the end of the homebuying process. Throughout the process of the home being built my real estate agent dropped the ball many times. All in all it worked out.

Not happy with her whatsoever. I urge you to keep her off of your recommended list. She was the cause of a lot of delays during this process.

Initially I worked with Dustin Comey who was very good but then due to scheduling we worked with Layne Zuschin who was an exceptional fit. He made himself available day or night, responded to all questions promptly and worked tirelessly until I was able to find the right home for us. I will never forget how kind and considerate he was and the great conversations. He is the best of the best and a blessing to the Veterans Team. Thank you Layne!

When one real estate agent from their network in my area of buying didn't work out to my needs. So they found me Tyler Simmons who went above and beyond. Covered problems that he didn't have to, and coordinating things to keep the process going through long-distance hurdles, and my own anxiety-ridden questions. Worked well with my mother who was helping me look at houses here in Indiana while I was in Texas.

What can I say other than I would not have my home without the assistant and guidance of my realtor. Janae Scott is the best realtor anyone could have. She relentlessly worked to help me sell my current hone and find my new home. The lenders and the title company all provided praise for her efforts.

Bobby was a great real estate agent, and make the home touring process as smooth and efficient as possible! He ensured that all members involved would sign the required documentation as soon as possible to expedite the process, even doing as much as sending text and email reminders!

Mimi was always there to coordinate our viewing of possible homes and responding to our numerous questions as to procedures and practices. She was always responsive to our requests to view potential homes.

Alex is my state agent, he was very helpful in look for me great places to live in, also he walk me through the process in getting my new home, that feeling when I got the keys of my new home is amazing!.
