Just barely met the minimum to sell a house.

We feel she was not very good with sending documents or going after the features we were looking for. The home searches she created didn't have the correct criteria so we made our own. She didn't keep up with correcting the paperwork and sometimes didn't care when we pointed out an error. Details were missed when showing us houses, particularly the one we purchased, knowing we were buying from out of town and not able to see the home before closing, and she was not helpful in fighting for amends with the home inspector, listing agent, or deceitful seller.

I had the absolute WORST nightmare experience with this real estate agent. To the point that she didn’t show up to my final walk through of the home. I was forced to do it alone. She refused to do the signing with me, which I again… did alone. Any and EVERY question I had she differed and said I needed to call xyz to figure it out. Or she would say she has 8 houses closing and can’t remember what the details were. Her professionalism was very very poor. To the point that every person who asked me a question and I said I don’t know. They asked if my realtor was in communication with me. I explained how she was responding. Every single person said to report her to her realty company. Which I did. That made her so upset that she refused to do any of the final things. Like cleaning the property like she promised. It was disgusting! It smelled like dog pee so bad that I could barely breath. When I brought it up to the title company. She said I was a liar. It didn’t smell. She said she would go there and put some machine in the house to air it out. Which I went by and she never did. She sent me her cleaning lady info and said I could call her if I want but she has “covid” so it would be a few weeks before I could hire her. AGAIN. Me doing more work for her. It’s pushed me back to moving in now. I’m a single parent and am loosing more and more money not able to move in. She didn’t even give me a move in packer for utilities to be turned on. Which I my sellers realtor kindly gave me a welcome packet so I wasn’t so lost.
Her customer service responses were wildly inappropriate!! When I asked her what her job was as my realtor she said “I don’t know what else you expect, you don’t even pay me” then when I said I expected her to communicate or explain what’s going on. She said (this is copied and pasted from her text to me) when I asked why she hasn’t even given me info on where to go for closing and it was 3pm the day before! I also asked why I haven’t received any communication form utilities or what to prepare for to close. Like if I needed money or not if I did how much do I need to bring.
I explained over and over this was my first time buying and I’m moving from CA to KS ALONE with my two children… making the biggest commitment of my life and that her lack of customer service was why I’m so confused on the process of buying a home was supposed to be like!!!
THIS is proof of just one conversation with her…..
“I’ve moved people from out of the country to the state. Again I apologize that you feel that I don’t have good customer service. I didn’t realize that I was supposed to fly to California and drive you here and walk you through and hold your hand through the whole process. I thought you were an adult and were able to take on this responsibility. I did my job, or at least my part of the job. Please review your email and you’ll see that I sent you copies of everything as well”I recommend she is removed completely from United veteran affairs as a reference. It’s the only reason I chose her. From the beginning she never sent me ONE LISTING not one. I didn’t all of the home searching, uploading. I even had to do the inspection over here phone with the inspector because she was on vacation. Which she was on 4 day weekend vacations EVERY WEEKEND. I have proof of all the “sorry I was out of town” messages and or emails….
Even my closing title person was really apologetic in that this woman refused to do the walk through and or sign at closing… I didn’t have any representation and again I MOVED OUT OF STATE far from home without anyone to support me in the process.I’m reporting her to every place I can until I feel she is held accountable for this horrible nightmare. That I’m still living through with trying to hire people to clean and or rip the carpet out. We can’t even move in the smell is so bad!!

We are very thankful to VUHL by referring us to Darrah Adamcik. She was a superstar from the very beginning with helping us sell of our first home and then again during the purchase of the next. She was very professional, personable, she always provided clear directions/expectations, she was always available, and she balanced communication with all stakeholders perfectly. In addition, her network of contacts were also professional and provided expert results which were Cynthia Cegielski (Professional Stager) the photography/videography service, and Nathan Ross (SiteGuard-Home Inspection Service). We were fortunate that our very first offer was accepted and we attribute much of that success to Darrah's diligence and commitment to us and the process. Darrah was able to run comps, talk us though our options, submit our offer, reach out to the listing agent, and VUHL loan specialist team within a matter of hours in order to meet the offer deadline of that Sunday at 7pm. She was wonderful to work with at every step of the way.

The 10 is for Darrin Melendy, he was the real estate agent that showed us the property, got us under contract, was there for the home inspection, answered all our questions, and did our final walk through. Darrin was professional, friendly, polite, and had a vast knowledge about the area.Jenifer Holt was the real estate agent that we were assigned to by VU, although she is a very nice person I would not use her a a real estate agent again. She would take too long to respond to messages, if at all, did not know the status of the property during the entire process. I was constantly reaching out to her to find out the status only to find out from her after I already found out the status myself. The only time we saw her in person was at a completely unrelated property showing.

My realtor Lloyd Spragg was extremely efficient and knowledgeable about real estate. He explained every small detail of the entire process. He had a wonderful attitude, and I felt happy to work with him. Lloyd Spragg was available day and night to answer all my questions. He continously compared market values for the homes I was searching for. He made sure that I got the best home deal, which I'm very grateful for. He knew what I was looking for in a home and he made sure he sent me homes that met that criteria. He was always educating himself on the latest updates involving real estate and with Veterans United. I felt extremely comfortable with him and could not have asked for a better real estate agent. I highly recommend him as a rel estate agent.

I have nothing but great things to say about my Real state agent, Sherese is the best and sweetest. She was very committed and honest with me from the beginning, that’s exactly what I was looking for, since I’m not a very patient person. Mrs Sherese kept me very informed and went out of her way many times to get things done for me, since I was not in the same state.She knew exactly what I wanted and made it happen 💯 %. She’s gonna be forever our real state agent, I recommend her 100% for anyone moving or transitioning out of the military from another country or state, she’ll search for your house and make it happen like it’s hers. My family is forever grateful and will forever remember you. Thanks so much!!

Michael Cameron from Jeff Cook Real Estate was a definite asset tin the whole purchase process. He did a great job negotiating for me and was “cool under fire”. There were a number of glitches and emails that had to be worked though. With his support and guidance everything worked out. He stayed in touch with Jimmie Draper and the two of them were a good team.

Tommy was the best!! We put in offers on 4-5 homes and FINALLY before I was going to just stop looking because the process was so daunting, we found THE house! He was available day or night, anytime, and was extremely helpful and honest!! I’ve already recommended him to my mother who is also looking to buy a home soon!! I would definitely use him again!!

It was great working with Anastasia. She briefed us in the beginning so we can understand how the market is currently going, and at the end, she was able to get us the house we wanted. She's very proactive and professional agent. She understands the market and had always put us first. We put our trust 100 percent to her.

Erika Tivet-Smith was my agent. Very professional and straight to the point. Knowledgeable in every aspect of the home buying process. Every question answered. Never had to wait on a response, she even greets you on the holidays!!! I will definitely work with her again and recommend her to others.
