Agent was not thorough. Certain issues could have been avoided with a simple question/verification.

Maria Jensen wasn't as helpful at all. She knew about the City we wanted to reside but kept on sending recommendations about the City that she is currently working at. Did not check-up on us at all throughout the whole process when we were waiting for our newly contructed house to be built. Only time we heard from her was when we needed to sign documents that will provide her commission on the sale. When we closed-out our house, no congratulatory message at all compared to everybody else from the VA team and the construction team here at Vacaville. If there was a "0" option on the ratings, thats what I would have placed her.

Paul Podhorn and his team worked tirelessly facilitating my home buying experience through an extremely volatile market and a pandemic. After losing our contract on the first home we had signed for, Paul didn’t hesitate or even blink, getting us right back on track and into a home my families loves, often at the expense of his own personal time and energy. I’d recommend Paul to anyone, and will seek him out specifically for any future business.

Beth was friendly from the beginning of our search, and was willing to travel to all houses we wanted to look at even though some of them were out of the way. We searched for months, and she was always so positive. Beth went the extra mile, by responding to text and emails in the middle of the night about properties, which really surprised me. She is on top of her game, and made sure we got a jump on every house we were interested in.

Lee went the extra mile also. He was very helpful and detailed in his work ethic and really took the lead and provided me with all the things I needed to some difficult decisions. He also met with after the sell to make sure I was happy with the purchase. I feel Lee will go far in sales and look forward to hear that he has joined the 5 million dollar club sometime in the near future.

Shundy is the man! He picked up quickly what we were looking for, helped guide us through elaborate offers to ensure we were competitive, yet tailored each offer expertly by analyzing each property on a case by case basis. Very easy going so I never felt pressured to buy before I was ready even though he had every interest in selling to me as quickly as possible.

Betty Swayze was absolutely amazing! She’s super personable, a great communicator, extremely observant, and a quick thinker. Together we were able to find and close on the perfect home for me. She was able to step in and provide recommendations for every step of the process. As she pointed out to me, she’s my real estate agent for life!
