Would not recommend this real estate agent to anybody. I was personally frustrated a couple times regarding not getting answers in a timely manner and I felt like I was doing most of the agent work. I’m not sure if this was due to the time zone difference but I would not recommend to someone asking me for a real estate agent.

Tonia was outstanding. She quickly earned our confidence. She spent whatever time was necessary to answer our questions and guide us through today's crazy market to purchase a home that satisfies us. She communicated with the mortgage company, title company, realtors, inspectors, and others, in a way that shifted the balance in our favor. Tonia went above and beyond for us. We have recommended her to family.

Emily is a true professional. She went out of her way to help us find and secure a home to begin a new chapter in our lives. We can not thank her enough for her personal and professional dedication to complete this sometimes overwhelming process. It was an absolute pleasure working with Emily. My real estate agent was awesome as well and very attentive. He was very helpful and made sure I understood every step. He was very honest and patient with me throughout the entire process. He communicated very well and did not procrastinate. Even after closing, he checked on us after the storm and made sure everything with the home was still good. It just doesn’t get any better.

James did an excellent job. He is extremely knowledgeable of the real estate market in the area, provided exactly what we were looking for, and guided us through each step. He is extremely proactive and always a step ahead of us. We never had to follow up on an action needed. Would rate him 20 if possible.
