I truly don’t think I could have asked for a better real estate agent. From day one, Janet made this whole process feel personal, supportive, and honestly a lot less overwhelming than it could have been. We bonded quickly over our shared love for our dogs, which made working together feel natural and comfortable right away. But what really stood out to me was the moment she suggested we go see a single family home, something I hadn’t even said I was interested in. Later I asked her why she thought to show it to me, and she simply said “intuition.” That moment perfectly sums up what it was like working with her: she listened, paid attention, and seemed to understand what I needed sometimes even before I did. She was patient, encouraging, and always made me feel like I wasn’t just another transaction. Buying a home is such a big, emotional experience, and having someone in your corner who genuinely cares makes all the difference. I’m incredibly grateful for her guidance, her intuition, and the connection we built along the way.

Loved her energy and knowledge of the homes and what to look for. She always gave honesty advice and never tried to say is one way or the other...she only gave facts and honest opinions which we appreciated. I like the fact that I talked ti her a year ago and told her we would be I touch soon and she would check up on me every 3 to 6 months just to let us know she was still there when we needed or we're ready to buy. No pressure that was nice. She's has very good networking skills. She kept ed us informed every step of the way. Great experience.

We were very particular about the homes we looked at and in choosing the perfect home, but he was with us in every step of the way.
