I was told items would be fixed before settlement and they were not, didn’t find out until after settlement. Also, items I had concerns with the sellers agent was unresponsive most times and informed my agent Dustin that things were done, I was also pressured to turn utilities in my name before settlement, I declined. The home inspector that was referred to me submitted his findings and the sellers and their agent declined to address it. I sent a message to Dustin and Sara regarding the same. I was told I would lose my earnest money if I canceled do to repairs not disclosed. This entire transaction was misrepresented and I was taken advantage of. I will escalate this matter to the powers that be.

We are incredibly grateful for the phenomenal work of Langley Looney. While we worked with Olivia’s team who also did a great job! it was Langley who truly carried the weight of our home-buying experience and made everything happen for us.

What can I say about River the realtor. She was absolutely amazing. She was polite, professional, and attentive from the moment we met. Every request we made to see a new property, she made it happen. She fought for our closing costs and helped us find the best insurance for our needs. She worked tirelessly to keep the purchase a secret and close on my wife's birthday. She surprised my wife at the walkthrough with balloons, flowers, cupcakes, and tickets to the Hawks game. RIVER IS THE BEST!!

Caitlin was truly an angel. Being a military family, we weren’t able to be there to physically look at houses… She sent us video walkthroughs and was so thorough and honest it felt as if we were there in person. She was transparent, and quick with communication, and really just an amazing person all around. You could tell that this was more than just a sale to her and she went above and beyond making sure all of our questions were answered and that we truly got a home we loved.:)

Dave was such an awesome realtor. He made sure that me and my wife were happy searching for our dream home and when we found it, he even helped me paint to do some of the repairs needed for appraisal. He answered all my questions and reassured me everytime that I was worried or nervous about something. The best realtor I've ever had, and would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home!
