Thank you so much for everything! Especially Shanon's dedication to the buy! She got a water test redone at the last minute while speaking with the lender about whether the water test was required and drove 3 hours to the lab to drop the sample off for testing. Gayle has become a friend through this home hunting and purchase. She was always encouraging when we were searching and not finding the perfect place and helped us get a near immediate showing of the house we eventually fell in love with when it suddenly went back on the market.
