The real estate agent was okay, the only issues we had was that she did not enforce any of the agreement on the contract. We requested to have the pool on the house professionally cleaned however that did not happen. She was mainly concerned on closing the deal.

Atarah, my realtor, was great and always accessible. She was a phenomenal echo chamber to bounce ideas off of and really stepped up in areas where I lacked experience. Thanks to her, I was able to make a home decision for my family that truly made sense. She made sure we were always on the same frequency, approaching everything with the exact same intent. For that, I am incredibly thankful and happy.

Eugene was fantastic on all fronts. Really personable and always helpful. Every time I would call with any question or concern he always answered quickly and always had an answer. Delilah Williamson, Century 21 Realtor. Veterans United referred realtor is a superb realtor who goes above and beyond to ensure every detail is taken care of. She always went above and beyond. Anything I needed or asked for she took care of it.

Stan Spiwak and Mark Sauer both answered all my questions and were very patient and professional while also friendly. I would work with them again and, even now having my new home, will likely ask them any questions. Both of them deserve raises.

Stephanie was the best! She kept it honest and told me her thoughts when looking at homes. She gave me the best most grounded advice when putting in offers, and working out negotiations. I would recommend her to anyone!
