Prior to closing we really found out how Tracy lacked watching our back. Tracy was the Realato, Broker and works out of the same office as the Builders owner. A slight conflict of intrest I would say. And it goes much deeper then I have time to say. My suggestion is Don't recommend her again. Couldn't even show up for the closing. Pitiful!!

Let me say this; Many Realtors trim back their service when your home is under $100k as their commission share is not as exciting as your more expensive properties. We are people that live within our means. Renee Arnold is among the most professional agents in this entire area hands down. Absolute respect and care for our search…with us out of state it gets a little more difficult, her experience and knowledge helped us find the perfect home! We really felt well taken care of, more like a Million dollar sale 😀 Thank you Renee

I truly can’t imagine going through this process without Jay. When it comes to going above and beyond, he absolutely deserves the recognition. Augusto Squardrito from United Realty Group worked tirelessly to ensure everything moved forward as smoothly as possible.
He and his wonderful wife even took the extra step of going directly to the HOA to secure my approval and gather the necessary documents due to the lack of communication on their end. That level of dedication speaks volumes. Highly Recommended!!!

Jane and Isabel Vallarta are phenomenal. I will recommend anyone thinking or looking to purchase a home to them. They found so many homes for me and walked through them with me, pointing out any issues. They are extremely knowledgeable of the whole process. I would have been lost without them.
