I had an excellent experience working with my loan officer throughout the home-buying process. She was professional, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable. She kept me informed at every step, answered all my questions quickly, and made sure everything stayed on track for closing. What could have been a stressful process felt smooth and well-organized because of her dedication and attention to detail. My Agent Desiree Bergnon with Coldwell Banker was OUTSTANDING! She was on top of everything from the start and was prompt to answer all of my questions or concerns throughout the entire home buying process! Took as much time as I needed to go with me to look at multiple properties and coordinated everything that was needed while keeping me posted.
