Jennifer was the best realtor experience we’ve ever had. She would be tough to replace and wouldn’t want anyone else handling it. She knew what needed to be done and was there every step of the process.

These comments are purely a reflection of Nia and not her whole team:
1. We sent her a list of houses we would like to visit on a Saturday. We sent these houses to her on a Tuesday. 3 hours into our 4 hour drive, she cancelled for being sick. Eventually she found us a replacement. However, what she failed to do was schedule any of these showings. We only saw one house that was on our list that day as all others were unavailable due to the short notice.
2. We were unaware that our offer had been accepted until I called about it 5 days after acceptance.
3. She did not know when our closing was and did not schedule a final walkthrough until prompted by myself.
4. She did not know anything about the status of our closing to include the location of the law firm (she sent us to the wrong place)
5. She had a low level of knowledge on the VA loan itself including multiple inspection items that would need to be evaluated before a VA loan was approved (evidence of mold) and actively attempted to deter us away from asking for these to be fixed.
Dawn was good though.
