While I like my Real Estate Agent, I often felt that more care was needed in helping me to understand the do's and don't's once I was under contract, especially since I am a novice. I also felt that we should have conversed more in what types of property I should look at. I did all of the research and sent the properties to the agent to schedule viewing. I was under the impression that Real Estate Agents also sent suggestions based on what their client could potentially want to purchase, though I could be wrong. My agent never sent me any properties to look at. I never even thought of looking at "For Sale by Owner" properties until it was too late. Overall, I bought a decent starter home but I may have missed out on my dream home because I had tunnel vision doing my research on what properties to look at and never received any suggestions.

Our real estate agent, Daniela Benton, was extremely helpful in our efforts for buying our new home. She was always there for us and answered all our questions. Amazing realtor and always looked out for us and cares for her clients.
