Ashley was awesome! I haven't had to deal with too many real estate agents in my life so far but I have to say that Ashley set the bar pretty high. I had a million questions throughout the process and she answered them all more thoroughly than expected. Especially when it came to all the delays in closing on this property. Whenever I called Ashley to get an understanding of the situation she was already working on a solution and took the time to explain why the delays happened in a way I could understand. Beyond that she also advised the selling agent on things we would need to close well ahead of time so that some of the delays could be avoided! I don't know how long this would have taken if she hadn't been so proactive! If I ever purchase a home again I would love to work with Ashley especially after she set the bar so high!

Kathy Villafane went above and beyond from the minute I called Veterans United to even after closing! Was with me every step of the way. She is very knowledgeable with the areas and the home builders which was a huge asset since I was new build done. She made the whole process so stress free for me. She stayed in communication throughout the building of the home so always felt we were on top of things. I can’t thank her enough for her support and knowledge of the processes. I highly recommend Kathy and will always be grateful for her service!
